Since 2007, China mushroom Festival has been successfully held once a year in Zhangzhou for four times, building a resource platform and rare opportunity for industry information and business exchange for all relevant personnel of edible fungus industry at home and abroad. The brand effect of "China mushroom Festival" has been expanding and has become the largest edible fungus industry event in Asia and has a certain influence in the world. In order to give further play to the brand effect of "China mushroom Festival" and promote the sound and rapid development of China's edible fungi industry, it has been studied by China Chamber of Commerce for the import and export of food, soil and livestock, Rural Work Office of Fujian Provincial People's government, Fujian Provincial Department of agriculture, Zhangzhou Municipal People's government, Fujian edible fungi society and Fujian Edible Fungi Industry Association, It is decided to continue to co host the Fifth China mushroom festival in Zhangzhou during the third cross strait Modern Agriculture Expo and the 13th cross strait Flower Expo from November 18 to 22, 2011.
